Cool idea, but who owns the property rights to the moon that they can sell it? I think they're just selling an idea. It would be pretty cool if you honestly did own an acre of the moon, so if there ever comes a day where people vacation on the moon or something like that, I could will my acre to my grandkids and beyond.
