I think this is a great idea ... especially for children and teens because the picture will remind them WHY they are saving money instead of spending it!

I don't like the fact that you can see the money. I'd just look at the money and want to take it out! I dream about paying off my college loans; but that's not very romantic is it?

This is nice in a sentimental sort of way, but somehow it seems that it would be more helpful to give them an empty mayonnaise jar with the $25 in it to get them started.

Yes, it's a shadow box with a slit cut into it. Why is everyone voting for it? Because it is an affordable idea (unlike a lot of the top vote-getters right now. Yes, I'd love a year of house-cleaning, but I'm not close, personal friends with Donald Trump, so I don't see anyone buying it for me.) It's also a thoughtful gift, and one that anyone (well, except maybe Donald Trump) can relate to and appreciate. (I guess he could always put a picture of a small country in his.) Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.

Thanks to all who have voted and have something positive to say about this. For those who think this is a fraud as I saw in another post, I just simply found an item that interested me and entered it. I do encourage my friends, blog followers, and Twitter followers to vote and spread the word and that's all I've done. I appreciate those who have helped me. If I win, great, and if not congrats to the winner. I don't want to get involved with childish games here so I'll just leave it at that.
