You don't have to be crafty to make a photobook at websites such as www.artscow.com and those are always a hit as gifts. I bet you have a lot of great photos of the two of you =]

I would have suggested a scrap book of 2 of you. All your fav pictures together. I know you said you are not craft but this shouldnt be too tough.
